Indications:

1. Prevention of venous thromboembolic diseases (prevention of intravenous thrombosis), especially for thrombosis associated with orthopedic or general surgery.

2. Treatment of deep venous thrombosis with or without pulmonary embolism. Clinical symptoms are not serious and does not include pulmonary embolism requiring surgery or thrombolytic therapy.

3. Treatment for pulmonary embolism.

4. Treatment of unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction when combined with aspirin.
