Indications:

1. Prevention of venous thromboembolic diseases (prevention of intravenous thrombosis), especially for thrombosis associated with orthopedic or general surgery.

2. Treatment for deep venous thrombosis with or without pulmonary embolism. Clinical symptoms are not serious and does not include pulmonary embolism requiring surgery or thrombolytic therapy.

3. Treatment for unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction when combined with aspirin.

4. Prevention of thrombogenesis in hemodialysis extracorporeal circulation.

Dosage and administration:

When administrated for the prevention of venous thromboembolic disease, treatment of deep vein thrombosis, treatment of unstable angina and non-Q-wave myocardial infarction, the subcutaneous injection is applied. When administrated for hemodialysis extracorporeal circulation, the intravascular administration is applied.

This medicine is only used for adults.

Intramuscular injection is prohibited.

Before use, add 0.4ml of normal saline or water for injection into 1 vial for dissolving the content completely to obtain an injection solution having 10000AxaIU per ml, equivalent to 100mg Enoxaparin sodium. Each mg (0.01 ml) of Enoxaparin sodium is approximately equal to 100 AxaIU.
